Recheck the live state rules before using the account from a different state. Temporary location can matter even when the permanent address has not changed.
Shuffle.us publishes state eligibility rules, but its current Help Center, Terms and Sweepstakes Rules do not fully agree. This page shows the source differences and avoids turning them into a permanent “legal in every listed state” claim.
Promotional buttons use the disclosed sponsored destination. Eligibility and campaign status are determined on the operator platform.
The article says users must be both legal residents of and physically located in a permitted jurisdiction.
The differences are material enough that eligibility should be confirmed through the live Shuffle.us flow at the time of registration and use.

| Help Center — July 20, 2026 | Accepted: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming | That leaves 20 states outside the article's accepted list: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia. |
| Current Terms — July 2026 | Restricted territories list: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia | Pennsylvania is not in this Terms list, although it is absent from the Help Center accepted list. |
| Current Sweepstakes Rules | Excluded for the sweepstakes: Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia | Florida, Georgia, Hawaii and Maryland appear here as excluded even though the Help Center lists them as accepted. |
These examples show why “where is Shuffle Casino legal?” is better answered with operator-eligibility language than with a permanent legal map.

The current Help Center says a user must be both a legal resident of and physically located in a permitted jurisdiction. A resident travelling outside a permitted jurisdiction is told to wait until returning before using Shuffle.us.
The current Terms prohibit attempts to hide or manipulate real location in order to bypass geographic restrictions. This site provides no instructions for doing so.
The same person can have a different eligibility outcome depending on residence, physical location, account status and which part of the platform they are trying to use.
This is the strongest match to the current Help Center wording, but live account eligibility still controls and the Sweepstakes Rules should also be checked for Promotional Play.
The July 2026 Help Center tells users to wait until they return to a permitted jurisdiction before using Shuffle.us.
Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Maryland and Pennsylvania demonstrate why a user should confirm the current live rule rather than relying on one cached table.
The Terms require users to be at least 18 or the higher legal age of majority in the relevant jurisdiction. They also require truthful information and recreational, personal use. A state appearing on an accepted list does not remove those separate conditions.
The current Terms contemplate jurisdictions becoming restricted after registration and give the operator options to limit or close affected accounts. That is another reason to check current eligibility at the time of use, not only when the account was first created.
Do not rely on a cached state list, and do not attempt to mask your location.
Shuffle.us availability should be checked against the current operator rules and the user’s actual physical location. State lists can change, and a user who travels can encounter different eligibility even when the account was created elsewhere. Age-of-majority requirements also need to be satisfied.
Location should not be inferred only from a mailing address. If the platform requests geolocation or verification, complete the process accurately. A state that was available when an account was created should be rechecked before promotional play or redemption after travel.
Recheck the live state rules before using the account from a different state. Temporary location can matter even when the permanent address has not changed.
Do not use VPNs, proxies or false information to bypass a restricted state. Those methods can conflict with account and sweepstakes rules.
Help articles, rules pages and older third-party summaries can be updated at different times. If two sources disagree, the safest approach is to use the newest applicable operator terms or sweepstakes rules and confirm the result in the account interface.
Before purchase, gameplay or redemption, repeat the eligibility check rather than relying on a previous session or saved third-party list.
